The November 19th PDC Meeting was held at the Georgetown-Florence Room at Cowan Creek Amenity Center. Lloyd Mills presented results from the November PDC Survey and also discussed the VDR (Volunteer Deputy Registrar) Challenge. Dr. John Ray spoke on “Preserving Democracy: What Needs to be Done and How to Do It.”
