DESCRIPTION:The November PDC Meeting will be held on Wednesday\, November 19th from 6:30 – 8:30 pm in the Georgetown-Florence Room at Cowan Creek Amenity Center. \nLloyd Mills will discuss the PDC Survey Results\, followed by a presentation by Dr. John Ray  entitled\, “Preserving Democracy: What it Means and How to Do It.” Over the course of his 47-year teaching career\, Dr. Ray has taught courses in political philosophy\, political science and American government with a particular emphasis on law\, the judicial system\, and the Constitution.
